Saw someone post about this ride in the group and decided to gather a crew up and ride it together. Was a blast. Thanks to the organizers and everyone that rode it. Look forward to it next year. 100 miles covered, 10 Costcos visited, had to eat a food court menu item at each Costco. I felt sick and had a blast the whole time.

This has gotta be one of the higher concentrations of Costcos in a metro area in the country right? Idk why it is cracking me up that SLC has 10 costcos to pick from lol
Any other fun group rides in the area? I moved here over the winter and have been looking for some less serious riding buddies.
So what did you eat at each stop? That chicken bake is like a sack of concrete in the guts.
