How can i get the silver part off ? If i unscrew the bolt it is sliding but still somehow locked in place.
I was thinking about using a bracket of some sorts.
Or how else can i put it on the bars ? ( gonna post a Link in the comments )

To convert it you need to replace the whole shifter cover and find a band clamp cover and band clamp which is probably not worth it.
You can either pick up an old band clamp m7000, 8000 shifter, or a current m5100 (nearly identical) or even an 11 speed CUES shifter, they will all work.
