We finally did it… our very first hosted cruise, and what an experience it turned out to be! 🇫🇷✨
In this video, we take you along on our unforgettable journey through the stunning Bordeaux region of France onboard a beautiful Uniworld river cruise. From cycling through picturesque vineyards and sampling world-class wines and cognacs, to oyster tasting, elegant onboard dining, and dancing the nights away… this trip truly had it all.
We went into this with high hopes, but we never imagined just how special it would become. Not only were we blessed with incredible weather and experiences, but the group who joined us made it something truly unforgettable. We didn’t just host a cruise… we made lifelong friends.
Uniworld absolutely delivered on every level, with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and those little luxury touches that make river cruising so unique.

Hi Stuart and Christina – It’s so good to see a new video from you both! It looks like you’re big fans of Uniworld cruises. I absolutely love how hospitable and friendly you are with the group cruise attendees. It’s like everyone is part of one big family, and that makes the experience so special! The itinerary for this cruise is amazing! As someone with a major sweet tooth, I especially enjoyed seeing the stop at the macaron shop and those delicious-looking canelés—yum! I also loved the dancing—it looked like such a fun and lively atmosphere.
I’m so glad you featured the food in the buffet as well! It’s always great to see what’s on offer. It would have been wonderful to see more of the dinners, but I completely understand how filming those must have been a real challenge as hosts of such a big group. You two are incredible for handling everything so gracefully!
I have to admit, I’m feeling a bit bummed that your hosted Alaska Crystal cruise is happening a couple of weeks after mine. Looking forward to seeing more of your adventures!
