Any suggestions on soft material I can put over these hydraulic lines so they don’t rub against the frame when I tie them down? I was thinking some foam or something.

Use helicopter tape adhered to the frame under the lines. Congratulations on the world’s most modern Y bike

I rode a Y22 in the late 90’s. Loved it. I also think you should put thick, clear tape on the frame

You might have better luck with a 3M PPF on the frame. Even the softest cover on your brake line will damage your paint if you get dirt between the housing and the frame.
These will hold the housing off the frame a bit as well (helps on the frame, but not the head tube or other moving bits):

Apparently Reddit hates Ali. Anyway, it’s a foam tube specifically made to sheath shifter / brake cables and it’s less than $3 for 10’. You can probably get the exact same thing from Bezos for a couple bucks more.
