  1. It can be 2019 but the bike has a modern geometry and size. I would offer 1500. Even 1700 seems decent. YT America should be back in business after restructuring so you should even get support should you need it

  2. that person has no idea how to secure their bike in their rack, they probably had no idea how to take care of their bike

7 years old, YT support gone ghost. would pass on that bike personally. plenty of other sightly newer bikes w the same components for around the same price or just under G’s

People complaining about lack of support on a 7 year old secondhand used bike… majority of companies are not carrying over warranties.

That said, $1700 is too high. $1200 tops.

It’s a great bike. Had the used bike market really crashed that hard? Because I thought this seemed like a great deal. Seems in good condition. Carbon frame. Good kit. Great bike to ride. I would buy it personally but that doesn’t seem to be the opinion here.

  6. Not sure why everyone is dogging on the “lack of support…” it’s a 7 year old bike, nothing on it is under warranty, and every component on the bike can be readily found online.

I owned a 2019 Capra Pro Race until about 2 years ago. It’s a great bike; LOVES having a coil shock on it. Only thing that irked me were the e*thirteen parts it came with, so I’d view it as a win that this one is spec’d with Sram. The e*thirteen proprietary bottom bracket (they use a non-standard crank spindle diameter 🙄) was annoying as all hell.

See if you can get it for $1200. $1700 strikes me as a tad steep in the current bike market, but not terrible.

Idk what the comments are going about talking about it being one bad crash from being totaled and “lacking support.” Guys this is a bicycle not a car or motorcycle, Parts are interchangeable, and if you manage to crack a frame or do major damage its more impressive than anything else. Bikes are easy to fix, work on, and swap out parts. Bunch of dentists down here in the comments, damn.
