Yer headset has the spacer between the dust cap and the bearings, instead of between the dust cap and the stem..
Rick makes killer frames in standard country, dude really pushed hard for the community and did a lot of work to make the davenport park possible, he was great influence on local scene. Always good to see standard is still making frames 💪
