Since you guys seem to like my last other post, here’s another silly bike I put together. Old Cannondale frame I stripped brushed and splattered. X01 1x drivetrain. The bag ended up getting hard mounted with some rivnuts before it sold.

Nice! Can you say more about achieving hard mounting the bag? I’m looking to find a way to mount my bag to make it harder to steal (I live I a high theft urban area)
The pipeline is: old bikes—>fancy parts—>ride a handful of miles—>post on Marketplace for what you have into it
