Hey there!
Got a shimano grx front derailleur and despite setting it up as correct as i could with the L + H screws i can’t seem to get all gears working without touching in the front.
I followed the steps of some videos eg Parktools and they all seem to be able to set the L-Limit far enough to get even the lightest gears without rubbing it.
I took the L-screw out all the way(see picture) and still it’s not enough to get the last 3-4 lightest gears rub free.
The big ring works actually fine but on the small front it’s not working.
Is there another screw i can adjust to get the chai. guide closer to the frame?
thanks

I have same problem. I need less than a mm clearance. I was fixing to add a spacer to crank. I wonder if shimano botched that low travel.
Just to get the most obvious question out of the way: have you made sure to properly shift it to the small ring?
Sorry for the perhaps super basic question, but we’ve all been there…
Cable tension may be stopping the derailleur from using its entire sweep.
Try removing the cable, setting the limit screws, then attach/adjust the cable.
