Hi, not sure if somebody could help me ID where this squeaking sound may be coming from. I received the Brompton last week after buying from ebay, new. The front wheel wouldn't unfold when I first unboxed it, it turned out the chain was half off and stopping the bike from unfolding. I didn't realise this until after at least 10 minutes trying to unfold, being new to the Brompton. I had to back pedal to release the chain. Also strange the seller didnt have a pic of the bike fully open, just to the stage I got stuck in, I know it could have also happened during delivery. The part that folds on the Brompton, ended up with a few small scratches I guess from the chain releasing. Next to the rear unfolding joint and next to the crank.
I have a squeak when I pedal when I do a full rotation of the crank, in the attached video I'm doing the pedals backwards but it happens when I'm peddling forward too. I rid the bike on 2 days so far.

Have you lubed the chain? Pulley wheels on my Brompton squeaks a bit sometimes. I just use a drop of chain lube at the rollers and it shuts up.
Sounds like a lack of lube issue most likely
Cheers, I get some lube ordered or maybe I’ll pop into a shop tomorrow. Hopefully that will sort it. Is it bike chain lube I’ll need? Any recommendations?
If the sound occurs every full roation, it means something along the chain is rubbin. Maybe a particularly dirty link
