If no repairs are needed list 300 take anything 150 and up
If repairs are needed take anything over 100.
Its a 30 year old bike. Very limited by today standards.
Not particularly valuable but can get the job done.
1998/99 About $100-$150.
$50. Nobody wants a twitchy, skinny-tired road bike set up with a grandpa saddle and adjustable/riser stem. With different bars/stem/saddle, it could be $100-150, but definitely not as-is.
