Delaminated the bottom bracket shell on my 2022 Torque, and Canyon support is totally nonexistent. I submitted a request online, received an auto reply of “10-15” working days to process my claim. At the 11 day mark, I checked it, and they then said claims are now 30 days out…

Please, buy a bike that you can take to a shop and get looked at, its worth the extra 10-15%.

OH, if anyone is curious, Canyon also doesn’t offer Crash Replacement frames, only a 20% discount on a new complete bike. (I was curious if I could go this route while waiting for the warranty claim)

  1. Where did you see 30 days? Tomorrow is business day 15 for my cracked frame claim and I was considering calling again, but if it’s now 30 days that’ll be pointless. I wish we could just exchange frames at the Chino DC
