Pole Hiisi Launch Speech — Introducing Our Limited 50-Frame E-MTB

Leo introduces the Pole Hiisi — a limited run of 50 hand-built, CNC-machined aluminium e-MTBs, designed, machined and assembled in Finland.

In this video he walks through the thinking behind the bike: why we machine the frame from solid aluminium billet instead of moulding carbon, how bonded aluminium construction lets us iterate faster and build stiffer, more repairable frames, and what that means for the rider. He covers the kinematics and geometry choices that define how the Hiisi behaves on the trail, the surface preparation and bonding process that holds the frame together, and how all of it adds up to the way the bike rides.

The Hiisi is a boutique-scale project — 50 frames, made in our own facility in Muurame, Finland. Not built to compete on volume, but to show what’s possible when an e-MTB is engineered without compromise.
