Can I cycle from London to Africa?

I set off from England with a plan to cycle all the way to Africa through France, Spain, and down to the crossing point at the southern tip of Andalucía. Do I make it? Or do I underestimate it? This is the honest version of what actually happened.
Just the ride, the setbacks, and what happened to me.

I set off from London with a bike, a tent, and a plan to reach Africa. The plan didn’t survive contact with reality. This is what happened instead.
Wild camping in France, cycling through Bordeaux and the Loire Valley, climbing Europe’s tallest sand dune, and making a coffee DIY setup from a branch in a pine forest because apparently that’s who I am now.
Cycling route: London → Portsmouth → Caen → Le Mans → Tours → Bordeaux → Dune du Pilat → Atlantic Pine Forest
