Have found a competitive deal on the PNS Mechanism speedsuit and trying to nail the sizing before committing. Returns will be a nightmare so looking to avoid that scenario.
My stats: 185cm / 81-82kg
Current kit: Maap Aeon and Evade 2.0, both Medium. Assos R S11 medium bibs.
Across most brands size guides my chest pulls toward Large, waist sits in Medium.
Chest 103cm
Waist 83cm
Hips 98cm
Thighs 62cm (standing)
PNS’s size guide puts me at MEDIUM on waist and hips and a LARGE on chest and thighs.
Curious whether height played into anyone’s size decision, and whether you went TTS or sized up. Any fit notes on shoulders or length appreciated.

Can’t talk about the speedsuit, but I would go M for a tight/ race fit.
Any site that has that deal?
PNS’s size guide is M for 14cm
I would probably go for medium. Chest will be snug but should fit with your measurements. With large you could risk the overall fit becoming too loose, but it depends on your butt/thigh size. You’re just between sizes it could seem.

I am 182cm but 71kgs, and I run small on that exact speedsuit. So medium sounds good on you 🙂
