fun fact: they're never available in stock
oh wait, it's not a fun fact…
I have a large frame hybrid bike n im only 5'10" my god i have to stretch but its nimble might aswell turn it into a road bike
Aros 32 😭
Bike that tall must be creating crazy drag
Bigvello
i wonder if a proportional bike would ride better for them. But you would need larger wheels and fork which economically probably doesn't make sense. I don't buy the, wheelbase is too long argument
With a shorter frame, it is also possible to drive a few centimeters closer together, which slightly increases the effect of the wind shadow.
Because Для шоссейных велогонок максимальная длина велосипеда, установленная UCI, составляет 185 см .
Если у вас будут другие вопросы по регламенту, спрашивайте.
That's why bike manufacturers and distributors only show pics of their mediums on websites…..the large frames look unbalanced and unappealing.
what are you talking about the wheelsbase is still longer
Hoel? Hoo-le
Cool👍
Bike designer here. The stack and reach points go up at about a 72 degree angle with each size.
I'm 6ft 5in it's a curse if you love racing or anything kind, bike, motorcycle, car, horse? I don't know about the last one never rode a horse.
Untrue!
The reason the bike gets only higher, and not longer is because UCI rules dictate a maximum dimensions like wheelbase!!!
The total length of the bike cannot exceed 185 cm, and the width cannot exceed 50 cm.
A longer wheelbase, slacker head angle, and shorter stem would make a bike much safer for descending.
The crazy part is that brands adhere to racing regulations even for consumer bikes that will never race uci sanctioned races really f*****g over taller riders.
A taller athlete gets a larger bike than a shorter athlete? This is groundbreaking information! The uninformed masses need to know this!
