It’s a pretty nice bike, despite being nearly 20 years old (components newer). It looks stupid because of the phone holder, stem, and flat tires. Make sure it’s going to fit you. The ad claims 5’11” fits a 54cm. There are exceptions, but usually that person would be more suited to a 56cm
I’d mention some small flaws and offer $600 and see where things go. The components are very good and I think it’s worth up to $750. IF it’s going to fit you well without any major changes. Make sure the seller includes the cleats for those pedals.

100% yes, but only because you’re looking exactly for a roubaix. Someone will buy it given enough time. I had my 2012 Scott listed for $1k and turned down several offers for 500-750 over the last 3 months. The first person who came to see it bought it on the spot because it was the bike they were looking for. It was in good condition, beautiful color scheme, well known brand, etc.

That Red groupset is soooooooo nice. My favorite of all time. Could do a lot worse for a grand depending on condition.
