It is aluminum with a carbon fork dating from around 2010-2012. I can see the welds at the joints and Cannondale did not do curved seat stays in carbon frames. It is not a good commuter bike, fitting fenders will be difficult and it is not designed around carrying stuff. It can be used for longer rides. The price is about expected. If it fits you it is worth a look, height around 6′.
