In this Disney World on a Budget MEGA vlog, I cover Travel Day with Virgin Atlantic in their economy classic cabin from London UK to Orlando Florida. I use the Mears Connect transfer service as I head to check-in to Disney’s most affordable on-site hotel, Disney’s All Star Sports. There I give you a room tour and share my money saving tips and tricks throughout two days in the theme parks.

This Disney World travel day vlog focuses on how it’s possible to visit Walt Disney World on a budget. I share how you can book an ecconomy classic round-trip with Virgin Atlantic for as little as Ā£271, transfer from Orlando International Airport to Walt Disney World for $16 per person, and save 25% on a room-only reservation at Disney’s most affordable on-site hotel, Disney’s All Star Sports Resort.

I start out my journey at London Heathrow where I show the economy self check-in and bag drop process at Virgin Atlantic’s check-in area at Terminal 3. I then pass through security and share where I like to sit when not using paid-for lounges.

Onboard my Virgin Atlantic flight, I sat in 52A aboard their A350-1000 aircraft right by the toilet. I share each step of the flight, including a review of my economy Chicken Tikka Masala meal, drinks service, and Mile High Tea. Landing in Orlando, I pass through the A and B terminal, while hinting that this might be changing with rumours of Virgin Atlantic flying into to Terminal C from late April. I navigate to level 1 where I check-in for Mears Connect and show the coach transfer process.

Arriving at All Star Sports, I give you an overview of the check-in area, lobby, merchandise store, quick service restaurant, arcade, bar and pool area. My room was a preferred rate (which ended up cheaper than a standard room at All Star Movies) and located in the American Football section. I lucked out with a room on the backside of the turf, on level 3, and without a connecting door. Without a doubt the quietest room I’ve ever had at All Stars Resort.

Throughout two days in the parks, I cover my budget friendly tips and tricks to help you save throughout your holiday in Walt Disney World. This POV style should help you see money saving tips in action to help you integrate these tips into your planning.

I visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Magic Kingdom. I dine at Yak & Yeti quick service, Boatwrights at Port Orleans Riverside, Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Columbia Harboar House at Magic Kingdom, and check out a festival stand for a delicious and affordable brunch at Epcot.

  1. We are doing similar next September. Stay at all star sports with free dining, no universal or sea world etc. just Disney. We are going all out in 2029 for my 50th. So we’re trying to keep this as affordable as possible.

  2. Love this vlog! So helpful how thorough you are adam. I go on my first ever wdw trip this November so this video was perfect ā¤ also my first time in the USA . SO excited ā¤ā¤

  3. Loving the budget vlog, it shows more people can do Disney world and I think everyone should be lucky enough to visit just once in their lifetime. 😊

  4. Thanks Adam so much for this video! This will help us a lot for our honeymoon and first ever visit to Walt Disney World next August! Keep up the great videos!

  5. Loving the vlog Adam, truly do love your knowledge and honesty. I totally agree about the cost of merchandise, however, I'm guessing the exchange rate is to blame as I remember when it was $2 for £1.

I would love to win the bundle but good luck to everyone, someone is truly going to be spoilt.

  6. Thanks for this, been trying to figure out if we can do a budget Disney World trip while saving for IVF to be able to go before the treatment as never been, and would be different with a child and a while before could go on every ride without swapping.

Would love to see a vlog when Universal UK opens where you meet up with Tim and Jen šŸ™‚

  7. I'm loving this already! Yayyy for starting in Animal Kingdom šŸ˜ The slower pace of getting to wander by yourself and exploring wherever you like is what I love about solo trips. The vibes are šŸ‘ŒšŸ»šŸ‘ŒšŸ». Also, your budget tips are super helpful; with the amount of services and upcharges so readily available, I usually find myself getting them here and there, and they add up so quickly. It's nice, for a change, to see someone go "actually, here's how to have an enjoyable time without all the add-ons".
Great reminder for my upcoming trip to Phantasialand as well. 😊
