Photo 4 could be structural. Look into the turn stop cracks on this generation Supersix. I own one and ended up removing the tab on the fork to avoid this.
I’ve seen this seller on fb, he’s a reseller but honestly his prices aren’t crazy. This price is surprisingly low tho, I guess because of the damage. I’d ask to meet him at a cannondale dealership and get a second opinion
Pic 4 is a warranty issue. There is a little metal notch on the fork. When the bike is crashed and the bars swivel too fast it messes up the top tube. Beware.
