I feel like with the wheels alone makes it worth 2k, but I want to hear other opinions. I also paid 2k for this so I’m trying to at least match my original investment lol. Not an ad but just trying to price it fairly.

Might have better luck putting a cheap pair of wheels on it and selling your Zipps separately. I don’t know anybody who would spend 2k on a rim brake bike with mechanical shifting. Unfortunately it’s just very outdated.
Maybe someone might come along and buy it for more but chances are it’s someone who is new to biking and doesn’t know the difference between disc and rim brake.
Many would take issue with paying that much for ANY rim brake bike but it’s a nice one so it depends mostly how you feel about brakes imo.
My 2c is that bike will be as fast as any on flats but will brake worse when it’s wet or descending so decide if that matters to you. Will be easier to work on yourself but you will replace brake pads regularly and those wheels will wear out faster.
I doubt you’ll find something faster for 2k but you could find something safer.

It’s “fair” but it won’t sell more than 1k in Kansas City, even that may be a hard lift. Not sure where you’re located, market dependent. As others said, sell the wheels separate. People that already have a rim brake bike may would upgrade their wheelset but at this point, most people aren’t buying into a rim brake platform anymore. I bet first question from buyers will be what the tire clearance is.
It sucks because this is a NICE bike; the market has just moved so quickly to thru axels, disc brakes, and all road tire clearance that potential buyers are wanting a really good deal or something more future proof.
Not sure but at least take some vhs camcorder vids of you throwing a football
