The seller is asking for $600. Is this a fair price for this bike ?

Yes, I am a woman and I am 5’ 9”. I am looking to increase my road cycling mileage. I currently ride a 2010-ish Giant aluminum bike and a 1980 stainless steel Trek. I like to go on long rides on the weekends varying difficulty. I also occasionally bike commute.

To answer your question could be. (Offer 450)

It could be worth it but for 600 I would prefer disc brakes. Wider tires are game changer, over better wheels.

At 54cm you’re in the perfect window to find a bike of better value
