The most challenging one day ride I have ever done… The Yorkshire Beast!

Take on 204 miles and 18,000ft of Yorkshire’s hardest climbs across the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors.

The concept of The Beast chasing you around Yorkshire really makes this event!. He’s angry and relentless! He chases you all day at 12.5mph! If he passes you, YOU ARE BEASTED and it’s game over!

Climbs: Boltby Bank, Sandhill Bank, Caper Hill, Rosedale Chimney, Greenhow Hill, Park Rash, Flow Edge and Grinton Moor

  1. Well done Matt, great effort on beating the Beast. I enjoyed GreenHow, have doen it a few times in different sportives, I actually enjoy all the climbs, the only climb I dont like or is my Nemisis, is Rosedale Chimney, as it always defeats me on the 33% part. But maybe one day I might beat it.
