Because it’s alway in the same spot on rotation we can rule out the front of the bike
Because it’s during the same exact spot I’m guessing it’s either the bottom bracket or the pedals. That’s where I’d start. Based on sound I’d bet on bottom bracket

I’d hazard a guess of the pedals. Surely either that or cranks/bb, but given it seems to be on the downstroke I’d guess pedals first.
Start with the easiest (being the pedals), by removing, cleaning and regreasing. From my experience I also wouldn’t rule out the saddle!!

Pedals is the easiest to check/ clean.
Might also sound dumb but your shoalace might be hitting the frame at each rotation, try to rule this out next time.

Had a similar sound. For me it was the pedals. Just took them off, put some new grease on, put them back on. Problem was solved

I’ve had that sound from the seat clamp and seatpost before. I checked the crank and BB first, before I realised the issue.

Check the chainring bolts aren’t loose, small chance it could be those. Had something like that once and ended up being a chainring bolt was loose!
