

Second time out this morning and I’ve got to be honest I struggled. My stamina/endurance needs some serious work, I found myself gassing out before my legs gave up on me. Any tips would be greatly appreciated haha!
The weather in the UK right now is amazing so I plan to stay active and make the most of it.

If you have access to a gym with exercise bikes, that would be great. Stay in zone2-3 for at least an hour. Do that 2-3 times a week. That’s what I did, and now that I’m getting into mtb, I have a lot of other skills to work on but endurance is low on the list.
Wish I could get out before work, but I’m not a morning person at all. Perfect weather in the NE US too. Cool and sunny with no humidity.
Usually get my ride in during my lunch break. But that means only about 45 minutes to an hour max.
