Are the splines stripped on either side? If not loosen up the lock bolt at the base of the crank arm, slap it on (with correct opposite orientation, holding the other side stable), and tighten it back up…. iirc those are usually 6nm torque (like most m5 screws in aluminum) so they strip easy. Be gentle.
