Yh, just put the hub and rim into a spoke calculator and it will tell you how long you need the spokes, chances are you’ll want 3 cross

If the amount of holes on both match then with correct length spokes, it can be laced.

Yeah it will fit any rim you want pretty much, take it to your local bike shop with the rim (at least in mind) and have them work out the appropriate spoke length.
