First roadbike, seller agreed to 700 from 850, looks good condition but pretty old. Shimano 105 which is good and rim brakes. Is this a good deal, been looking for a while

That would be 300-400 usd in my area. Also since it hasn’t been tuned up 3 years, that’s another 100-200 cad for that service
