  1. I also reached 1200w once, but i didnt do 200km with cobble sections before.
    On the other hand its only barely over what MVDP did for 90 minutes if numbers are accurate

  2. 510 Watt in 3min ist nicht extrem viel für ein Profi mit 78kg. Ein paar der Fahrer haben ihre Wattwerte offen. Manche schaffen das nahezu eine Stunde. Klar nach ca 200km sieht es anders aus. Aber Max hatte z.B. in Flandern komplett 333 Watt über 6,5h und auf 3min 560 Watt. Ist aber schwerer mit 92kg. Ist dann ein bisschen weniger umgerechnet auf Watt/kg. Ich denke gezielt auf 3min schafft er eher 700 Watt

  3. My best ever fresh 3m power was 483w. 3m is a particularly painful effort for me. I miss being fit—surgery, baby, job, you know how it is. I’ll be back at some point.

  4. i have 1046 watt as my top 1s output lol.10sec 949 watt. It sounds close on numbers, but doing 273 watt more is HUGE + i did it on my elite direto trainer, so huge difference.

  5. pogacar needed a new bike coz the battery depleted on the old one. on the shimano bike, no battery, wasn't as effective, bike wasn't moving. this bike moved so fast.

  6. I can hit 1500W easily (1664W PR), I’m 77kg (« Wassim D » on Strava).
    BUT pretty low 270W FTP, which is 3.5W/KG.
    And of course extremely bad in climbing… 😅
