On TET?
This happens when your frame is too small
How do you reduce the stem length without replacing the stem?
รa se voit que tu ne pratiques pas le cyclisme๐!!! Tu ne ressembles pas du tout ร quelqu'un qui s'entraรฎne! Si tu t'entrainais suffisamment tu n'aurais absolument aucune douleur !
Lower back and hip rotation were neglected in the reach!
All of that position is outdated…
Not a fault
That's what I thought, but today some1 failed the test because he tried to continue, the examiner had to intervene. I looked on Google it says, you should stop behind the next solid line
Thanks for your explication! That helped me a lot
i literally cannot properly understand what he's saying cuz the music blasts my eardrums…smh
That belly
Reach is very important!
Bike company: let's attach the stem to the handlebar with internal routing ๐คก and make it impossible to adjust
Can you compensate for that by adjusting the saddle?
I'm way more comfortable with locked elbows and straight arms than bent elbows, never had any aches or pains from it. Ride what feels good for you.
Great info, thanks
Pain starts after how much time of riding?
You're a bike bitter, but also not so fit XD sorry I had to ๐
I feel like I'm pushing the hoods away from me
How long could you actually ride in this position though?
I want my back to be straight when I am riding
