Hi everyone. When trying to adjust the saddle, I find it impossible to get it back to a horizontal level. As soon as I tighten the bolts, the saddle starts pointing down. Any advise? This is the seat post and clamp on the Grail CFR.
Thank you

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

are you torquing it to the correct newton meter? It shouldnt rotate if its tightened correctly. if so i’d reach out to canyon on the saddle clamp
The screw for the saddletilt can you See when you stand behind the Bike, Go down to the knees and Look on the Seatpost upwards. 12nm Torque. It have the Same Seatpost Like My Grail CF 7
Your problem is the seat angle mechanism (I don’t know the proper term). Canyon’s design sucks. You have to loosen the center section and get the angle right before you tighten it. I figured this out after a lot of frustration. When tightened, even a little, the center sections almost become static. This added to the slop in the outer plates means that it looks good until you start tightening everything up, then it’s stuck. I find it’s easier to remove the outer metal plates and put the saddle on the inner rails to get the alignment correct then put the outer plates on.
If you’re tightening the front screw all the way first, you have to go back and forth between front and back so neither cranks down too far. Each will start altering tilt as you tighten. Switch whenever it happens.
