Day 2 of my off-road exodus from Italy, through France!
Today our adventure starts in the charming campsite, ‘Le Grande Curtille’.
From here We head along section 13 of the French Trans Euro Trail, taking in as many of the off-road sections as my tremendous Aprilia Tuareg can handle, before finally ending up at the Luxembourg border… Or perhaps not?…

Dude, as much as I love the salt and peppery commenting I kind of miss the technical stuff. I had a FZ1 that I kitted according your videos so….just maybe if your fingers heal and you "exercise" them with the correct moves, maybe you could throw a tech vid. Cheers

Can I ask why such a lot of motorcyclists take such big heavy bikes of road ? If I was younger I would use a a nice light 175 or something similar with big nobly tyres and easier to pick up if I dropped it?
Hey man! Just came across your vids…super entertaining – unlike the majority of bike clips that take themselves too seriously :)) I bought my own Tuareg 1 month ago and loving it. I owned a Yamaha TT600 hard enduro from 1990 and the Aprilia feels like that bike, plus all the electronic aides and the comfort on long rides. Take care! Christoph
I did section 13 two weeks ago in the other direction but the unpaved percentage got a bit disappointing the further i went south.
Here we are in Stage 6 of the Dakar, will the riders make it? You did well on that beast and it seemed to serve you well too. Nice.
Since these two happened to me the last two weekends in a row I'm so scared of anything slippery/gloopy. I don't know how you just blast your way through it all! My lovely new Tuareg looks like poopoo now 🙁 So much damage!

Thanks for the video. I want to get more into Offroad and think this section would be a good start for a beginner with a 160kg bike 😊
in the process of prepping my svartpilen to take on the same section the other way around as a first offroad adventure! hopefully the almost 40kg less will help a bit (and a good set of crash bars and hand guards, crossing fingers)
