In your case the disc wheel is full carbon and structural, so the bed of the rim is already sealed. My road bike wheels are the same, it’s a bit inconvenient to route the nipples in their respective holes when building the wheel but it’s actually quite common.
Heard that some disc wheels are born as normal wheels with carbon covers on either side, you can correct me if I am wrong.
As long as it is a “true” disc wheel and not a spoked wheel with a carbon cover then you just need the tubeless valve.
I would pay to see someone “inflate” a covered disc to see how much pressure it would take to turn it into a balloon 😅

Admit it you just wanted to flex your cadex Aero rim. Just kidding as other said you won’t need tubeless tape in your case. What are you running for the front wheel ?
