  1. Looks like a late 1970s – mid 1980s medium quality “10 speed” frame, stripped of original parts and turned into a “fixie” (fixed gear single speed)

  2. 1970s UO8. Bottom end of Peugeot, which is still a good bike. In the US, the bottom end bikes were tanks to ride made of thick soft steel. Really made to sell for cheap at Kmart, not for riding. In Europe, no one would stand for that. Their low end stuff was very rideable. Their high end stuff was amazing.
