Finally made it to the legendary Two Wheel Tuesday! In this video, I meet up with Dad and we ride down to Old Buckenham for my very first time at what is widely known as the UK’s biggest and most popular bike meet.

Even though we’re early in the season, this still felt like an incredible turn out for someone who had never been! After the ride in, I take you along for a walk around of the village green to check out the massive variety of bikes, from the classics to the L plates. Being there as a Female rider for the first time was such a cool experience , and sharing the ride with my Dad made it even better. I was also on the hunt to find my dream bike, the Honda CB650R!

  1. Passed my test on a Kawasaki ER-6, after riding by CB125F on my CBT. On passing, went for CB500X as I was worried about the insurance costs of the Transalp!

  2. Nice to see such a meetup!

I was lucky enough to get my dreambike as my first, the Honda CL500 in black. Always liked the style of scrambler bikes, and I wanted the reliability of a Honda.

  3. Your gain confidence with going to more bike meets and talking to other bikes, you will be surprised of just how many people you will talk to because we all have, one thing in common is our love for bikes, your getting a lot smoother riding your bike and picking tips from your Dad as you ride with him, great to see, i passed my test in 1985 and my first big bike was a 1982 Kawasaki Z400J, cracking bike to ride until a car turned left in front of me and into the side of his car i went and it wrote the bike off😠 but i found another Z400 so i was happy😃 fantastic video Kystal really enjoyed watching it,you take care sweetheart💖💖

  4. Wait till the height of summer and there will be 3x more bikes there.. at TWT they have little buckets lying around of sliced wood for bikers to use

And if you spotted a guy sat on the corner with a camera when you first arrived, he is the bearded biker and sells images that he takes of the bikes when they arrive he has just released the pics from this week, he may have got one of you, your dad and his friend arriving

  5. Stick to Honda. Been riding 20+ years. Only owned Hondas! We all are (L) leaners 🤣 to matter how long we've all been riding…
After my CBT, I rode learnt on my Hondas NSR125R for a few weeks, then did my Direct Access and bought a Honda CBR600F 2004.

  6. “This is where you need your clutch control my woman” love your dad 😅
Followed you from the beginning, really enjoying your videos and seeing how you’re coming along.
Passed my CBT almost three years ago, bought a second hand Honda CB125F, passed my DAS and got a Honda CB750 Hornet. Couldn’t bear to part with the 125, so I keep him for ‘bimbling around’ small local trips. Still a lovely bike and enjoy riding it. So light and easy to manage. Anyway, that’s my two penneth! 🏍️
(Pleased you got to see the CB650R in the flesh as you’d hoped, and I think you’d be totally suited to it)

  7. I had the same colour Honda CB125R. After passing my test, I bought the Honda Cb650r, in the same colour again. I really loved that bike , great sound and easy to ride.

  8. I ended up doing my test on a Triumph Speed Four (600) that I brought well before I booked my test, (erm February 2020, not good timing) still love riding it now. Would you consider buying a bigger bike before you do your test? It pushed me on to get sorted for my test knowing it was there waiting for me. Norfolk must have some amazing flat straight roads to enjoy. I'd probably get In trouble though.

  9. I started on the Cb125r like you, then when I was looking at a big bike it was a toss up between the cb650r and the triumph trident. Ended up getting the trident which I have still got, the triple engine sounds so nice.

Looking at getting a 2nd bike soon too.

  10. Hello, nice meeting 😉 my bike 125cc OrcalSK01 / Cb125R, before A2 licence, now : Triumph tiger sport 660 + Yamaha XJ6 diversion F, ✌

  11. Had an aprillia rs50, then a Honda cbf125, and my first big boy bike was a 2003 Honda cbr6000 😊

You will gain more confidence at meets as you get more experience , and more familiar- 99% of bikers are friendly and open to a chat 😀

  12. My first big bike was a 2007 R1200GS. Passed my full license on it, sold it then bought a Triumph Thunderbird 1600cc. Currently have that and a Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200cc

  13. Rsx 100 yamaha then kawasaki er5 being so young you probably won't know them dad will.you are doing an amazing job could watch you all day not in a creepy way 😂 you doing well on your bike well done you❤ride safe

  14. Great video, it’s great seeing so many bikes. I love going to our local biker cafe at a weekend and seeing all the bikes.

I understand why you want to stick with Honda. My first bike was a Kawasaki KH125 it was a two-stroke and had a kick start. After I passed my test and on the same day I bought a Kawasaki ZXR400 L5 1995 model (purple and black with some orange), it had just been bought in as a part exchange and was two years old when I bought it. I absolutely loved that bike. I have always been a big Kawasaki fan because of my first bike being a KH125. I currently own a Kawasaki Z400 and also a Honda Monkey. I have owned Yamaha’s, Honda’s and a Triumph but Kawasaki is still my favourite.

  15. 3300 views on this video: "I'm quite a shy person." I bought a side stand puck off Amazon for a few dollars. I carry it around with me, not just for loose dirt/rocks but for hot asphalt as well. My bike is heavy and will sink quick in parking lots.

  16. Krystal waiting by the roadside for dad to turn up and go for a ride, her first big bike meet was in a nearby district but dad stopped off for a lottery ticket, he arrived about 20 minutes late too Krystal ready at the starting gate, the bikes stretched way across the fields and Krystal thought now this appeals, Krystal to shy to talk went on her own for a little walk round and round the bikes she went trying to grasp the size of this event, whilst walking round she spied a bike a CB650R was in her sight standing there big and bright, it stood there gleaming in the sun as she thought to herself now that would be fun

  17. my first big bike was a honda cbf 1000. for 7 months, i then upgraded to a honda pan european 1300… 2 yrs in to riding big bikes i now own a honda gl1800 goldwing from 2005.

  18. Ha ha My First Bike was a Yamaha XS1100 special, just took a written test and off ya go! Then ride around some cones and ya get your license,Then I bought a 86 gpz900r! I would totally rock that learner plate forever! That would be the bomb! At least ya don’t have to wear a fluorescent vest, that would be humiliating and yea dads bike is what I might add next,we all get old sometime

  19. I did my big bike licence without any experience on a 125 other than the cbt i think i enjoyed all the training more than the actual riding in the end. Basically i did it so i can go on track which im doing at Donnington on the 24th of this month super excited for that! You are doing great the itch to get on something bigger will keep clocking you in the head every time you get on that 125 🙂

  20. 👍KRYSTAL…I got my licence on a Honda 50cc stepthrough…and then I graduated to a Honda CB 350cc !…I enjoyed Both of them !..I trust you to get what your feelings dictate !…Will be good to see you on the NEW one !.Till then regards from Australia 🏍🦘🇦🇺🌹

  21. I always feel out of place when I go to a bike meet in Ironbridge, I'm usually the only one with L plates and everyone else has super duper bikes 🤣

  22. My first bike was a Suzuki Bandit 600, around 30 years ago 🙂, I now have a Honda Hornet 750, love my current bike the most tbf.
One tip; clean/grease your side-stand, it should pop in and out lighter/easier than yours does right now.

  23. Hi Krystal, glad you enjoyed your first big meet, I went to our GNAAS last night and found my next bike to save up for, a cbr650r.
If you wanted a bike that's a bit cheaper to buy and insure but still have decent usable power. You could look at the 500 hornet, the seat is about 20mm lower than the 650r and it's a great bike……..not that I'm being biased of course….😂 or the 750 hornet is in between.
Glad your enjoying yourself – Lucy
