Honestly the vehicles need to be way better controlled. It's just too much of a free for all and it's going to end in someone getting killed by a car. They shouldn't be blocking up roads this badly. And don't get me started on the moto pacing.
I personally think that high tailwind is why there were so many flats, they were hitting those cobbled sections so fast you don't really have the ability to see when you eyes are bouncing and you need to react that fast
