My rear shifter won’t push through. The groupset is sram force 1, and it’s a double tap shifter. It doesn’t want to move when I attempt to shift. If I pull it back first, and apply enough force when pushing, it will shift, but I have to press pretty hard, and it feels very forced. Any ideas what the issue could be, and how to fix it?

Seized cable, or internals in the shifter are fucked. I’d remove the cable from it and see if it operates normally and if it does then its time to replace cables and casing. Or see if the cable is moving freely at the derailleur and yeah if not test with no cable and go from there
If there’s no cable adding tension to it and its still stuck firm them new shifter or see if you can pull it apart clean are decrease (could always check srams small parts catalog to see if the sell any sorta rebuild kit, kinda a long shot tho)
