$850 is quite a lot if it doesn’t come with carbon wheels. Imo you need to do some pretty significant upgrades to a bike this old to get it out of the 4-500 range, and this bike looks bog stock. I would put it at $550 max. Not a great deal, but since a bike shop refurbished it, you are paying a lot for the tune up they do which isn’t really that hard to do on your own.
dura ace is nice but 850 for potentially a 20 year old carbon bike is a tough call
