Looking at this bike on marketplace for a first bike, guy wants $600CAD / $437USD for it, 2019 specialized Allez.
Shimona Sora, Carbon fork, he's throwing in a pair of fenders that fit 700cc tires as well. Apparently the tires/brake pads are in good shape, it was last tuned up a year ago and he hasn't really ridden it since.
You think this is a good buy or should I keep looking? Anything to watch out for? How much do you think I'll need to drop on this after buying it to make sure it's all safe to ride?

Don’t think that can be a 2019, they’d moved to internal (ish) cable routing by then. 2017 at the latest. If it’s the right size it could still be a good buy for road riding, limited tire clearance compared to modern bikes.
