is this a good price, never had a road bike looking for something beginner friendly endurance bike like without spending 2000, also post doesnt mention anything about the specs, should i ask or will they be the same as what was released, i think i searched it up and it says shimano sora 2×9, no clue if thats good or bad

700 cad seems like a lot for sora and rim brakes. In my area the equivalent would be 400-550.
