I have a hard time building my front wheel, because my spokes don’t thread in fully. I measured my hub size multiple times the correct way and every online spoke length calculator said that I need 286 and 288 spokes. But after cafefully following Parktools wheel building guide, on the rigth side, every spoke threads in flush, but on the disc side, they are out by 1-2mm. I measured every spoke, and they are the correct length that I ordered and I put them in correctly.
Could anyone help me please? What am I doing wrong?

Do you have dishing tool or measurement device? What does it say?

Are you bottoming on the thread on the non-disk side? Are the wheels dished to 0?
