First (pre-owned) Brompton! Identifying Model/Year/Color

Hello, everyone! So I have just bought my first Brompton and I just love it. It’s the perfect commuter for my needs, living in a small apartment.

Seeing as the bike is pre-owned and (possibly) quite old, I’m thinking of giving it some love and upgrading some parts.

My first intention is to freshen up the paint job, both for esthetic reasons and in order to prevent further rust. I plan to stick with the original color, but I’m missing some info.

Namely, could anyone help me identify the following, based on the provided photos:

– Model of the bike

– Year of Production (I suspect it is pre-2008, as it does not have a sticker/plate under the seatpost. I think it had a sticker, as is the case for pre-2008 models based on my research, which peeled off. If it was a plate as is for 2008+ there is less chance that would have been lost.)

– Frame Color and Color Code (Based on my research, I think it is Tempest Blue).

All I can tell is that the frame serial number is:

203008

B(Maybe 8?)S 6102.
