Wow. Yeah that chain’s too short.
That looks fine. You’re never actually going to use that combo on the road so as long as it can shift into it without jamming up you’re ok. Maybe one link longer is ideal but it doesn’t really matter
Should be ok. How often do you ride big to big in real life? AKA cross-chaining
