  1. 🚗💨 Roundabouts, toll booths, or parking—what’s the trickiest part of driving here? 🤔 Let’s hear your thoughts, and we’ll try to help with any tips! 👇

  2. I think with the roundabout next to the Carrefour Antibes you picked the right spot to shoot the vid. I'm getting sweaty hands just by watching. If you make it there, you can make it everywhere as the song goes.

  3. your videos are so entertaining. Fun women in a fun location! Please take us on a tour of what to see and do when staying in Beaulieu sur Mer.

  4. Bonjour! 👋🏻
Dear Anja and Aila, thank you so much for all your helpful videos. They were my inspiration to plan my trip to Nice (I asked you about the weather on February a few months ago). I’m currently here in Nice practicing some of your advices and going to places you have mentioned. 😁
PD: Everything is even more beautiful in person. 😍

  5. Dear Anja and Aila this is another excellent and informative video created by you two lovely ladies. My husband and I really appreciated how clearly you explained everything. We are heading to Nice next month for an exploratory vacation and this video is going to be so so helpful. If we rent a car we will be sure to use the link for Discover Cars that you have recommended. Thank you so much sweet ladies!

  6. I'm always uncomfortable when I have to change lanes WITHIN a roundabout. Would it cause problems if I just remain in the outside lane and circle until I reach the exit I need?

  7. Many states in the US allow a right turn at a red light, unless otherwise marked. At least, that is the case in six states where I have lived or travel frequently. Based on my observations, that does not seem to be the rule in France?

  8. Thank you so much for this excellent video. I have recently begun my search for information on the Riviera as I’m planning a trip in the fall or possibly the spring. I am grateful for the information that you are sharing regarding transportation. It is so important to be prepared when traveling especially when you don’t want surprises. Do you happen to know of any restrictions for a US driver that would be driving in the country on holiday ? Is an international drivers license required to rent a vehicle? Would you happen to know what information is needed in order to rent?

  9. Been cycling cote dazure 3 weeks april 25 . Im a very experienced street rider . Cars pass very close 😮. I recommend a rear view mirror . 😊
The junctions are hard to figure out too. 😮

🤒🤒🤒Rode in and out bike lane promanade des Anglais Nice 50 times😵‍💫😵‍💫 fn scary 😨 idiots speeding on e bikes and electrical scooters . Seen a few accidents .
I do not recommend it for non experieced bike riders .
Also loved seeing over 70 bike riders everywhere 😊😊😊 using electric assisted mountain bikes in the hills . ❤❤

  10. The explanation at 2:14 is unfortunately incorrect. That's the opposite: if you change lanes on a multilane roundabout, you have to give way to other people already on the other lane. If you don't do that you would be at fault in an accident.

    Otherwise great video!

  11. A very important point that you've missed in your otherwise very helpful video is the crazy/horrendous 'priorité à droite' which is the main cause of accidents each year involving tourists ?

  12. First time I drove to the south of france was in 1988. The autoroute was empty. Not now. Its busy. In the 80s it had the bin to chuck money in. Much better. Plus don't bother too expensive and the food isn't good anymore. No disrespect. Used to go there every year as a kid. Lovely. You could put your car on the train at Calais.
