I am looking these 2 bikes on marketplace.
Neither owners seem to know which gen it is.
Purple owner says it was purchased in 2023 or 2024.
Purple is $550 and teal is $600.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Purple is newer Gen 3 and Emerald blue is Gen 2 from 2019
Neither of those are as recent as 2023. Both of those are the [2020-2021 Trek Marlin 6 Women’s](https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bikes/mountain-bikes/cross-country-mountain-bikes/marlin/marlin-6-womens/p/1046664/), the last year Trek did woman specific frames.
