replace it before they pull out while riding. I had this happen on a fixed gear wheel years ago. I had it happen on a road front wheel also. Both used rims that were rebuilt, although by professional wheel builders (not me…)

I have had this. If you leave it. it will eventually get worse. Spokes were over torqued.
