Friends who live in Germany, especially Hamburg, this is a paradise for selling original spare parts at reasonable prices. This distribution center buys stock and unused spare parts from Cube and Canyon factories in bulk and sells them at retail. Since the parts and accessories were sent to the manufacturer in bulk, they are without original cartons and packaging, and therefore are available at reasonable prices.

It is not a retail shop.
You need to preorder online and wait for them to telly you the order is ready. They have many of the parts in another storage room outside of the city, so it may take 1-3days. Don’t show up at their door before they tell you to.
I think their mein business model is to supply small and indipendent bike shops and repair workshops with affordable and quality parts. So they are a wholeseller actually.
That they also offer the parts for the general public at mostly the same prices is just a side hustle. It is a nice touch and mostly used by experienced amateurs or semi pros to get their spare parts.
