I think cassette is worn out. You can notice it has shark like shape on teeths. Not 100% sure but it looks like that to me. Also, you might need to change chain too if that’s a case.
All in all, cassette and chains are relative cheap to replace (it’s probably sora), so if it’s really half the price, and everything else looks good, go for it definitely!
