Is this worth the price?
I don't know much about pricing of things just yet. I like fixed gears cause of how simple they are to take care of. I've been riding an off-brand which is a bit big on me so I'm looking for a good quality one that would last.

I don’t like how much rust I see, particularly evident on the wheels/hubs/spokes, but also peeking through in other spots. There are definitely better options out there for that price, as you’re basically paying $450 for a frame and crankset with shot wheels when you could get a new State 4130 frameset for $300. If your current components are in good condition, have you considered getting a frameset and building it with your current parts? You could always upgrade part-by-part in the future.
