As long as the size is good for you, it’s a steal. Definitely a larger frame. Might not have the tire clearance of a modern gravel bike but should be a bit more than a rim brake bike at least. Handlebars are angled weirdly and there’s a load of spacers on top of the stem, so possible they ordered it online or something and didn’t really know what they were doing.
