My current bike is a supercycle rogue mountain bike so I was looking to get a hybrid one that I could use on a paved trail. It seems to be a cannondale quick 4 2021 from my research. Also, the price is in CAD so in USD its roughly $181.

Yes, this is similar to the Trek FX series. I’d definitely be getting this if I didn’t have a bike today. These wheels are an interesting choice, I’m familiar with standard spoke arrangement. The condition looks a bit rough but the bike is solid, just hope you don’t have to replace the tires and chain immediately.
